Cursor's Fury

Cursor's struggles with command felt very real, but I'm curious if the author drew from personal experiences or other stories about leadership under pressure.

The story paused for some character development, which was great, but I found myself eager for more action. Was that intentional to build tension?

The political intrigue added depth but also made me wonder how much of it was mapped out beforehand versus developed as the story evolved.
