The world-building around the fae lore felt so immersive. I'm curious whether these elements were inspired by existing mythology or something entirely original.

The push and pull made me root for both characters at different times. Was anyone else surprised by how their relationship evolved?

The book has a lot of intense, emotional scenes alongside tender ones. I wonder what influenced the pacing of these contrasting tones.
