The way the characters reflect on their past choices made me wonder how much our ‘what ifs’ shape our present. Did this resonate with anyone else’s experiences?

The setting added a cozy yet tense atmosphere that felt so authentic. I'm curious whether the author based it on a real place or created it entirely from imagination.
