The book feels so vivid and imaginative — I wonder if the author drew from childhood memories or crafted everything from scratch. Did anyone else feel really pulled into the magic of it all?

Some parts really tugged at my heartstrings, especially the moments of hope and loss. I’d love to hear if others felt similarly or if it was just me getting teary!

The pacing kept me engaged but also made me feel cozy, like a Christmas night by the fire. Was this mix intentional or did it happen naturally during writing?
