Their relationships had so many layers of loyalty, betrayal, and love. I was surprised how emotionally invested I became in their conflicts.

It really kept me on edge and added to the suspense. I'm curious whether this was planned from the start or developed as the story progressed.

The pacing felt just right, but I wonder if the story was originally envisioned to focus more on one aspect over the other.
