The perspectives felt distinct and layered, but I'm curious if that was planned from the start or developed during writing. Did it help with pacing or character development?

Some choices seemed justified within the story's context, but I couldn't help questioning whether I was rooting for the 'good guys' or the 'bad guys' at times.

The world-building feels so rich and immersive. I wonder if the author drew from real-world history or geography to craft these diverse societies.
