The creatures felt so vivid and terrifying — I wonder if they draw from folklore, personal imagination, or something else entirely.

The gradual reveal kept me hooked, but I was also nervous about what was lurking just beneath the surface. Was the pacing intentional to build suspense?

The bleak, wintry environment amplified the horror, but I’m curious whether the author chose it for symbolic reasons or simply for atmosphere.
