The castle atmosphere feels both romantic and menacing. I'm curious whether the setting was inspired by a specific place or mood the author wanted to evoke.

The characters’ actions are intense and sometimes questionable, but I found myself drawn to them. How did others interpret their motivations?

Some parts kept me on the edge of my seat while others dragged a bit. I'm wondering if that was intentional to build tension or if it could have been tightened.
