Call Me Zelda

The story gives Zelda her own voice, but I wonder what led the author to center her experience instead of the more commonly told narrative from Scott's point of view.

Her journey felt very authentic and raw, which made me reflect on how mental illness was understood and treated in that era. I’m curious if others found it relatable or eye-opening.

The depiction of the Jazz Age and Zelda’s personal life felt vivid, but I wonder whether creative liberties were taken to enhance the narrative or if it stays true to the known history.
