The way memories shift and fade adds so much tension to the story. I'm curious whether this was inspired by real psychological research or personal experiences.

The story kept me guessing about what to trust, especially with the protagonist's shifting memories. It made me wonder how often our perceptions deceive us in real life.

The pacing of revelations felt perfectly balanced, but I wonder if that was a deliberate choice to keep readers off-balance or if it evolved during writing.
