The vivid descriptions make the place feel almost like a character itself. I wonder if the setting was based on a real location or purely imagined.

The slow unraveling of secrets kept me guessing, but also made me question how well I really knew the people around me.

The alternating perspectives created a layered mystery, and I’m curious whether that was mapped out beforehand or developed during writing.
