I enjoyed the characters, but I guessed the main twist pretty quickly. Was that just me or did others see it coming?

The town felt so vivid and atmospheric, I wonder if it’s based on a specific location or entirely fictional. It added a lot to the story's mood.

Their dynamics felt so genuine, but I’m curious if the author planned their relationships from the start or let them evolve naturally during writing.
