The mythological beings in Menagerie feel so layered and human — I wonder what inspired the choice to give them such depth rather than making them purely monsters.

There are so many mythological references and factions — I loved the richness, but I also found myself needing to reread certain parts to keep up. Was that intentional?

The blend of the fantastical and the contemporary made the story feel both fresh and familiar. I'm curious if real-world secret societies influenced this choice.
