Dr. Seuss's unique style makes the story so memorable, but I'm curious about the creative process behind developing such a distinctive voice and rhythm.

His persistence is both funny and endearing, but I wonder how much of that comes from real childhood experiences with trying new foods or ideas.

The repetitive phrasing makes it easy for kids to follow along, but does it also help instill confidence in early readers or limit vocabulary growth?
