Captain Underpants and the Sensational Saga of Sir Stinks-A-Lot

It’s such a funny and memorable name that really captures the silly tone of the book. I wonder what made the author choose such a goofy villain name.

The jokes had me laughing out loud, but I’m curious if kids find it just as funny or if some of the humor goes over their heads.

The artwork adds so much personality and humor. I wonder if the story was originally written with visuals in mind or if the illustrations came later to enhance the fun.
