The depth of the protagonist's mental state adds so much tension — I wonder what the author drew upon to craft such authentic struggles.

The plot thickened nicely, but the slower sections made me curious if that was a deliberate choice to build suspense or develop characters.

Some twists hit really hard, but at the same time, I felt like I was piecing things together too early. Was this a careful craft or just luck?
