The mystery surrounding Elias adds so much tension, but I'm curious what motivated the author to make him the focal point of the plot from the start.

The story picks up quickly but then slows down in the middle — I wonder if this was a deliberate choice to build suspense or if it just happened during drafting.

Switching viewpoints kept me engaged, but I’m curious whether this structure was planned from the beginning or evolved as the story developed.
