Savage

The way the fae are portrayed feels so layered and unique. I'm curious whether this mythology was inspired by existing folklore or entirely original ideas.

I loved the world-building, but those sections made me wonder if they were necessary or if they could have been tightened for a faster read.

The book has a really intense atmosphere, but the occasional witty lines lighten the mood. I wonder what led to that creative choice.
