The slow reveal added tension, but I wonder if revealing more early on would have changed the suspense. Did the author plan this pacing from the start?

The way characters second-guess each other made me question who was reliable. I'm curious if this was inspired by real investigative processes.

The multiple perspectives kept the story fresh, but I wonder if the structure was mapped out beforehand or developed organically.
