The whimsical tone and animal protagonists really took me back. I wonder if Jacques aimed to evoke that childhood sense of wonder or if it was more about creating a timeless adventure.

There are moments of lightheartedness alongside serious heroics, which works wonderfully. I'm interested in how Jacques managed to keep that tone consistent throughout.
