The slow reveal added so much tension, but I wonder if this was always the plan or if it evolved during writing.

The story was intense, but the rapid turn of events in the final chapters made me wonder if it could have been drawn out a bit more for suspense.

The setting felt both cozy and ominous, which added layers to the mystery. I’m curious if the author based it on a real place or purely imagined.
