The characters' shifting alliances kept me guessing, but I wonder how much of that was intentional to reflect real betrayals.

Mare's struggle with her powers and her place in society felt so raw. I'm curious what inspired her internal battle and growth.

It definitely kept me hooked, but I wonder if it was planned from the beginning or if it evolved during the writing process.
