The story kept me on the edge of my seat, but I’m curious if the author intended to keep the pressure high throughout or if there were moments of respite planned.

The characters felt like they were constantly in danger, but I also wanted to understand their inner worlds better. Was this a deliberate choice to prioritize suspense?
