Bad Business

The characters often operate in shades of gray rather than clear-cut good and evil. Did anyone else find this made the story more impactful or unsettling?

The detailed procedural parts are immersive but sometimes lengthy. Was that intentional to build tension or a bit too slow?

The gritty city environment adds so much atmosphere. I wonder if real events or places influenced the setting or mood.
