Thinking in Bets

Using gambling metaphors for personal and business decisions is unique. I wonder what inspired her to approach it this way and how it influences the way we think about risks.

The idea that outcomes can unfairly influence how we judge decisions resonated with me, but I’m curious if others have experienced this bias in real life and how it affected them.

Duke's explanations of how to think in probabilities rather than absolutes really challenged my assumptions. I’d love to hear which part made others rethink their decision processes.
