The protagonist's perception constantly shifts, making me question what’s real and what’s delusion. Did others find it confusing or brilliantly unsettling?

The isolated, eerie atmosphere really heightened the suspense. I wonder if Lehane drew from real places or crafted it purely from imagination.

The pacing of revelations kept me guessing, but I’m curious whether this was planned from the start or evolved as Lehane wrote.
