The gods’ actions seemed both benevolent and manipulative at times. I wondered if this was meant to reflect real faith or just keep us guessing.

The relationships added layers of complexity, but sometimes I wasn’t sure if they were for plot or character development. Did it enhance or detract from the story for others?
