The sense of unease and disorientation really immerses the reader into the protagonist’s insomnia. I wonder what techniques she used to build such a tense mood.

The depiction of sleepless nights added a layer of psychological depth, but sometimes I wondered if it was too disorienting. Is that just me or did others find it immersive?

The book’s twists and unreliable perspectives made me question what was real. I’m curious whether this approach was planned from the start or evolved during writing.
