Fear is the Key

The novel moves through various locations, each adding to the tension. I wonder how much of that was based on real places or pure imagination.

The lines between ally and enemy often blurred, which kept me guessing. Was that a deliberate choice to heighten the suspense?

The pacing felt just right for a thriller, but I’m curious if that was planned from the start or adjusted during writing.
