The angel characters feel so layered and human, which adds depth to the story. I'm curious whether this was a conscious choice or evolved during writing.

The chemistry is there, but the scenes stay just on the right side of sensual for me. Did others find it a good mix of passion and restraint?

The way characters grapple with destiny adds emotional weight, but I'm wondering how much was planned from the start versus developed as the story progressed.
