The setting feels both familiar and otherworldly, which made me wonder how much of the world-building was driven by personal interests or genre conventions.

The relationship between the characters was sweet but also seemed to accelerate quickly. I'm curious if that was intentional to keep the pacing lively.

It felt like both aspects were woven together smoothly, but I wonder if that was a conscious choice to appeal to both genre fans and romance readers.
