The characters walk such a fine line between villain and victim, which made me wonder how much of that was planned from the start or evolved during writing.

Their chemistry was intense, but the morally gray actions made me question whether I was just drawn to the romance or if there's more at play.

The gritty, dangerous atmosphere added so much depth, and I’m curious whether the author drew from personal experiences or extensive research.
