The shifting viewpoints added depth and tension, but I wonder if that was planned from the start or evolved during writing. How did it shape the story's impact?

The portrayal of trauma and justice felt so raw and real — was that intentional to evoke such a visceral response? I’d love to hear others’ experiences.

I missed some of the hints the first time around and wondered if that was part of the design. Did the author intentionally craft a layered mystery for re-reading?
