The atmosphere felt so authentic and immersive. I wonder if the author based it on a real place or created it from imagination.

The story builds up gradually, but I felt some parts dragged. Was that intentional to build tension or could it have been tighter?

The multiple viewpoints added depth but also complexity. I'm curious whether this structure was planned from the start or developed during writing.
