The Way of the SEAL

The book draws heavily on military principles, but I wonder what personal experiences or observations led to that choice. Did the author have a background in the military or was it more about the mindset?

I tried a few of the techniques, but some felt a bit abstract. Would love to hear if others have integrated them into daily routines and seen results.

There’s a strong emphasis on mental toughness and discipline. Are these concepts more impactful because of the military context, or do they translate universally?
