I love how the school feels like a place where young heroes grow. Was this based on any real schools or entirely imagined?

The comic balances silliness with action so well — I wonder if the author aimed specifically for that cross-generational appeal.

The powers fit each hero perfectly, but I’m curious whether that was planned from the start or evolved during writing.
