Given the depth of biblical references, I'm curious what motivated Ryle to write about holiness so passionately and practically.

The book made me reflect on my own spiritual practices, but at times it felt intense — was that the point?

In a modern context, I wonder if these principles still feel relevant or if they need adaptation for contemporary life.
