I loved how unique the spells and traditions were, but I sometimes wondered if the rules were consistent throughout. Did the world-building make sense to others?

The balance between lightheartedness and adventure felt perfect, but I’m curious if that was a conscious choice or just how the story evolved.

The romantic subplot added warmth without overshadowing the fantasy elements. Did others feel it enhanced the cozy feel or wish it was more central?
