The world-building around demons and mythology is so vivid and unique. I'm curious whether this was inspired by existing legends or entirely original ideas.

The lines between good and evil are so blurred, especially with the demons. I kept wondering if the author wanted us to question our sympathies.

Their forbidden love felt so charged and real, but I wondered if that tension was planned from the beginning or developed during writing.
