Confessions of a Murder Suspect

The confession felt so layered and ambiguous that I kept wondering what was real and what was manipulation. Did the story make you trust the narrator’s version of events?

It added a personal, intimate feel but also kept me questioning motives. I wonder if this structure was planned from the beginning or evolved during writing.

The story seemed to hit a lull before ramping up again. Do you think this was a deliberate choice to build suspense or a pacing issue?
