With so many potential stories from teens, I wonder what guided the choices to highlight certain experiences and lessons. Did any stories almost make it but didn't quite fit?

Some of the anecdotes really hit close to home, evoking strong memories or feelings. I’m curious how others connected with the stories about self-doubt or peer pressure.
