The intricate fantasy setting adds so much depth, and I wonder if it was inspired by existing mythologies or something entirely new the author envisioned.

Their decisions are so morally complex, and I kept questioning whether I was rooting for them or uncomfortable with their actions. Would love to hear others' thoughts.

The blend feels seamless, but I wonder if that was a conscious choice to keep the tension high or if it evolved naturally during writing.
