The angels in the story feel so layered and morally ambiguous. I wonder what inspired the choice to make them more human and imperfect rather than divine and flawless.

The forbidden nature of their relationship made it so tense and addictive, but also made me question whether love can truly overcome such barriers. Would love like theirs survive outside the story?

The detailed hierarchy and politics of the angel world added so much depth. I’m curious whether the author mapped out this world in advance or let it develop as the story progressed.
