Angels Burning

The isolated, close-knit community adds so much atmosphere and tension. I'm curious whether the author based it on a real place or created it from imagination.

The lines between right and wrong felt blurred, which made me wonder how much of her decisions were driven by circumstance versus character.

The story kept me on edge but also made me feel for the characters. I'm interested in how the author manages to weave both elements so seamlessly.
