The magic feels so intricate and well-developed — I wonder if the author drew from existing mythologies or crafted it from scratch.

The story had such a compelling start and ending, but I found the middle sections a bit slower. Was this intentional to build tension?

It added depth but also complexity. I'm curious whether this was planned from the beginning or evolved during the writing process.
