The world-building around the magic felt intriguing but left me with more questions than answers. Was this intentional to keep the mystery alive?

The icy setting added a unique atmosphere, but I wonder if the author envisioned this from the start or if it developed during writing.

The relationship between the characters seemed to heat up fast, which worked for me but also made me curious about whether there was more buildup planned.
