Shermer’s approach feels very targeted; I wonder what motivated him to choose this particular debate as the centerpiece of the book.

The way complex concepts are broken down makes it feel approachable, but I’m curious if others felt it was clear enough for newcomers.

Some parts felt very convincing, but I wonder if it would actually change the minds of those deeply committed to intelligent design.
