Villains Are Made

The characters walk such a fine line between villains and victims, which made me wonder how much of that was planned from the start or evolved during writing.

The tension kept me hooked, but I also felt uneasy about how quickly trust was built. Was this a deliberate choice to heighten the emotional stakes?

The dark, seductive environment really enhanced the story’s mood. I’m curious whether the setting was based on a real place or created entirely from imagination.
