The Worldship Humility

The concept of a floating city carrying humanity's future feels both epic and claustrophobic. I'm curious whether this idea came from existing science fiction or a fresh vision.

The characters' moral dilemmas made me think about current real-world issues, but I also wondered how much of that was intended to challenge the reader's own beliefs.

There’s a lot of science and world-building, but it never felt dry. I wonder if the pacing was carefully planned to keep that tension alive or if it evolved during writing.
