Learning about how the Andalite character became the hero made me wonder if the backstory was always the plan or developed later during writing.

The detailed alien culture and planet descriptions made the universe feel real. I’m curious if the author created a lore bible or if it grew naturally.

The pacing kept me hooked, but I also appreciated the quieter, introspective scenes. Wondering how the author navigated that balance.
